Destination is defined as; a place to which a person travels. Destinations are more purposeful than trips in that you are going to a particular place, not just an area. Disneyland would be considered a destination, The Grand Canyon would also be considered a destination. These are places you travel to for a specific purpose.

A trip is defined as; a journey or a voyage. Here is where we will post articles about taking a trip to a city or town that you may want to get to know better, but without an actual destination (see Destinations). Maybe you want to take a trip to New York and take in all it’s wonder, or maybe a trip to Las Vegas and see what it’s all about! You see, those are trips.
